Shipping
Due to the unique nature of products in the trading card game (TCG) industry and our custom card offerings, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or does not match the description, please contact us at info@pokecrafted.com. We will resolve the issue promptly to ensure your satisfaction.
Because of High Demand: Shipping product will typically take 5-7 business days after purchase!!
Cancellations
Cancellations can be requested before your order is shipped, but please note that a 3% cancellation fee will apply. This fee will be deducted from your refund and covers the non-refundable payment processing fees incurred during the original transaction.
